If you are contacting our Support team about a purchase, you may be asked to provide your receipt. Apple typically sends an email receipt within a few days. If your transaction was very recent, you can look up your purchase history and take a screenshot to send us.
Important: Never send us a copy of your bank or credit card statement. Those contain sensitive personal information that should never be transmitted over email. Only send the transaction details or purchase history from Apple/iTunes.

-
Take a screenshot with the document no., package, and date all visible
